RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. PURPOSE

This Returns and Refunds Policy regulates the conditions applicable to the return of products purchased through LICORES Y DERIVADOS, S.A., as well as the procedures for managing refunds, in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current consumer and user regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need for justification.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email at:
tienda@licoresyderivados.com, indicating:

• Full name
• Order number
• Product(s) to be returned
• Reason (optional)

Once the request has been received, instructions for the return will be provided.

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.
• You must keep the original packaging, labeling, and seals intact.
• Returns of opened or tampered with products will not be accepted for reasons of hygiene and food safety.
• The customer must present proof of purchase or order number.

LICORES Y DERIVADOS, S.A. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR SHIPPING ERRORS

If you receive a defective product, one that has been damaged during transport, or an incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

You will need to attach:

• Photographs of the product and packaging
• Order number
• Description of the incident

After verification, LICORES Y DERIVADOS, S.A. will proceed, as appropriate, to:

• Replacement of the product at no additional cost
• Full refund
• Alternative solution agreed with the customer

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• In the event of voluntary withdrawal, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping.
• If the return is due to an error on the part of the company or a defective product, LICORES Y DERIVADOS, S.A. will bear the costs of collection or shipping.

6. REFUNDS

Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, the corresponding refund will be processed within a maximum period of 7 to 14 business days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

LICORES Y DERIVADOS, S.A. may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the customer has provided proof of return.

7. EXCEPTIONS

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Opened or consumed products
• Products that have been tampered with or are without their original packaging
• Customized products or products manufactured to special order
• Purchases made by companies or professional distributors, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
